Lifestyle Upgrades: How To Make Your World a Better Place

I was visiting a relative the other day and I had a huge realisation.

Now, I have not watched TV for quite a while as I found it to be so contrary to the life I am trying to create for myself and my family.

But they like to watch the news regularly and just as I remembered, it was all total negativity; bad events, selfish manipulative people, sad occurrences and scarcity.

Just bad stuff everywhere.

Although I was not paying much attention to it, I was still left feeling upset and negative afterward.

Then I remembered the link between feelings and emotions, and our general health and wellbeing.

I am talking about the proven link between your feelings and it’s behaviour when projected on water, which also makes up over 70% of your body mass.

If you have not checked it out before, I suggest that you Google “Emoto water crystals” and look at the images.

Water was stored in a container and feelings were projected at the water. The water was then quickly frozen and examined under the microscope.

Water that was subjected to love or peace or harmony would form beautiful crystals, different for each particular feeling.

Whereas, water that had feelings of hate or death projected on to it would form nasty horrible irregular formations.

Now back to our bodies being over 70% water. It is no wonder that after 30 minutes of the terrible news stories on TV that I was left feeling bad.

That realisation is a perfect example of how bad words, bad feelings, and negativity can have a huge negative influence on your life, whether it is your productivity, your health or your overall happiness.

Just consider how easily you could improve your general wellbeing by removing such negativity from your life.

TV is an easy one to remove I feel. But also consider staying away from negative people which can also bring you down.

And keeping away from negative situations might also be considered wherever possible. If you know that going somewhere that will not make you feel good, just stay away if you can.

By making a conscious effort to slowly remove negativity from your life and replace it with positivity, you will find that all areas of your life will improve and the difference will be very noticeable in a surprisingly short space of time.
